精读指点：陆游已经写下过“白发始悟颐生妙，尽在黄庭两卷中”的诗句。在《西游记》猴王访道途中，听到樵夫所唱歌中有“相逢处，非仙即道，静坐讲《黄庭》”。《内景经》是魏晋时期的养生宝典，是一部重要的道教文献。《内景经》用诗的言语来讲述修养、养生的要旨。《黄庭经》告诉我们，人体就是一个小宇宙，每一个器官都是像一所宫殿，神仙就在我们身体中，头发、眼睛、鼻子、耳朵、大脑都有神灵所居，而且都有名字：“泥丸百节皆有神。发神苍华字太元，脑神精根字泥丸，眼神明上字英玄，鼻神玉垄字灵坚，耳神空闲字幽田，舌神通命字正伦，齿神锷锋字罗千，一面之神宗泥丸”。
以心脏为例来说：心藏宫殿就像一朵怒放的莲花，下面有心神丹元家的孩子，担任调理冷、热、荣卫精血的循环，他穿着红色锦缎飞袍，带着玉绿色的薄纱，手握有金铃，挂着珍珠带子，安静地端坐在那里，担任调理血脉和生命，保持身体正常运转（原文：心部之宫莲含华，下有童子丹元家，主适寒热荣卫和，丹锦飞裳披玉罗，金铃朱带坐婆娑，调血理命身不枯）。
