精读指点:陆游已经写下过“白发始悟颐生妙,尽在黄庭两卷中”的诗句。在《西游记》猴王访道途中,听到樵夫所唱歌中有“相逢处,非仙即道,静坐讲《黄庭》”。《内景经》是魏晋时期的养生宝典,是一部重要的道教文献。《内景经》用诗的言语来讲述修养、养生的要旨。《黄庭经》告诉我们,人体就是一个小宇宙,每一个器官都是像一所宫殿,神仙就在我们身体中,头发、眼睛、鼻子、耳朵、大脑都有神灵所居,而且都有名字:“泥丸百节皆有神。发神苍华字太元,脑神精根字泥丸,眼神明上字英玄,鼻神玉垄字灵坚,耳神空闲字幽田,舌神通命字正伦,齿神锷锋字罗千,一面之神宗泥丸”。
以心脏为例来说:心藏宫殿就像一朵怒放的莲花,下面有心神丹元家的孩子,担任调理冷、热、荣卫精血的循环,他穿着红色锦缎飞袍,带着玉绿色的薄纱,手握有金铃,挂着珍珠带子,安静地端坐在那里,担任调理血脉和生命,保持身体正常运转(原文:心部之宫莲含华,下有童子丹元家,主适寒热荣卫和,丹锦飞裳披玉罗,金铃朱带坐婆娑,调血理命身不枯)。
